For the enrolment process you will be asked to bring along to the centre with you your child’s immunisation record and birth certificate, we can photocopy these at the centre for you. We will also need your Family Customer Reference Number (CRN) and your child’s CRN which can be obtained from the Family Assistance Office. The orientation process is an arrangement made between families and staff that supports the family’s needs.
