I come from a family of teachers and was always surrounded by strong, positive role models in education. Although I began my academic path in business, I felt a strong calling to make a meaningful impact during the formative years of children’s lives. What I love most about this field is the opportunity to support children, guide educators, and work in partnership with families every single day. Mayfield Baswater is a family orientated centre made up of a tightknit community of educators, children, and their families. We believe that building strong and trusting relationships with children is essential, early learning centre as it lays the foundation for a safe and loving learning environment. Through play-based learning, children explore their surroundings, develop confidence, and build social and communication skills. Our program places a strong emphasis on social development and emotional regulation, preparing children for a smooth transition to 4-year-old kindergarten. Welcome – We provide education and care for tamariki aged 2-5 years old and offer 20 hours free each week.

Our Children and Family Centres in Bayswater and Wantirna South bring together long day care, kindergarten, maternal and child health services and playgroups in one location. Belmont Bayswater Kindergarten has a strong focus on the importance of children’s play in developing meaningful learning experiences. At Skole, our experienced teachers and staff help facilitate this period of learning, and that’s what separates us from traditional child care facilities. We run 3 and 4 year old Kindergarten programs which are play-based to allow the children to explore and experiment within our safe, educational environment.

Our purpose-built child care and kindergarten centre in Bayswater provides innovative early learning programs in a safe, nurturing and enriching environment. Our outdoor environments are spacious and designed for exploration, featuring a large bike  track, climbing fort and swings. We offer four purpose-built rooms, providing ample space for children to play independently and with peers. Our kindergarten room includes an interactive whiteboard, enhancing children’s learning with engaging and interactive educational activities.
