A Travel Guide to Taiwans City

This guide is not exhaustive, but it will show you the places you REALLY need to know, the top places I’ve discovered since moving here in 2000. Taitung has everything you can imagine to make out of rice. As you might have suspected from endless rice fields, East Rift Valley in Taitung produces top-quality, sticky, and chewy rice. No wonder rice noodles are one of the regional specialty dishes you should not miss. It seems like each county of Taiwan has its signature fruits.
As you take off from the launch site, you will be surrounded by stunning views of the mountains, forests, and farms below. The adrenaline rush of flying through the air, feeling weightless and free, is an experience you won’t soon forget. You’ll be surrounded 伴手禮台東 by lush greenery and breathtaking scenery that will make you feel like you’re in a different world. taitung travel guideTaitung Forest Park was originally a protection forest and was almost uninhabited. Then the government planned this place to become the first coastal forest park in Taiwan. With an area of ​​nearly 300 hectares, it has an ice skating rink, water sports area, bike path and bird watching place. The park’s artificial lake is also home to the annual dragon boat races. Built on the mountainside according to the design of a multi-storey station, Duoliang Station is known as the most beautiful station in Taiwan.
Nice place to visit if you enjoy looking at the ocean. They have a trail to walk along and also can walk along the Rocky coast if you choose to. But perhaps the most memorable part of your trip has been the chance to immerse yourself in the rich tribal culture of Taitung.
Although the orange juice chosen is a bit sweet, it is not bad. Overall, the CP value is not very high, and I get hungry soon after eating. 精緻早餐三號餐最令人驚豔的是有檸檬雞肉拌烤洋蔥，調味得當，且洋蔥經過加熱後辛辣味消失，取而代之的是本身的清甜，搭配雞肉很爽口，還有橙汁地瓜以及荷包蛋也好吃，只是海苔乾酪吐司很乾，有點小失望。

With its untamed and undeveloped landscape, towering mountains, beautiful coastline, and vibrant aboriginal culture, Taitung has become a tourist hot spot in Taiwan. A scenic area that is easily accessible, well planned and wheelchair friendly wooden platforms extended all the way from visitor centre. It may be a bit challenging if one wants to navigate on the uneven rock getting nearer to the raging waves. This is a museum with delicate expressions throughout. In addition to the exhibits, the videos explaining the exhibits are also a highlight. Some interactive components that are fun for the kids.
Be aware though, the place is very, very, very slow. We ended up just telling them to forget the last person's dish because everyone else was finished after waiting an hour for the food. The person who did not get their dish just ate off everyone else's plates because they had gotten so hungry waiting. I don't recommend this place considering the prices.

Beinan Cultural Park – This site contains the ruins of an ancient aboriginal village, with exhibits and reconstructions of the village and its way of life. Be prepared to be amazed by the stunning coral formations and the diverse range of sea creatures that call this area home. Snorkeling or diving in the coral reefs is the perfect way to get up close and personal with the underwater world of Taitung.

Take your time exploring the different galleries, chatting with local artists, and enjoying the lively atmosphere. The East Coast of Taiwan is challenging to get around by public transportation. I highly recommend renting a car because you will want to swing by and take photos of so many scenic spots. It is the best and most efficient way to enjoy the East.
This branch of Starbucks is conveniently located in the same building as World Gym and is attached to a multilevel parking garage. The size of this branch is also one of the bigger ones, so there is lots of space to sit and enjoy your coffee. It was a hot afternoon, and I was thinking about grabbing a cup of coffee.
Another attraction you should check out in the park is the Dragon and Phoenix Temple, which houses stone coffins and many other relics from the Neolithic era. Xiaoyeliou on Songjian Road is home to a wide variety of unique sandstones. Head to the visitor center to learn more about the geological features and then see the tofu, honeycomb, and fungus rocks up-close. The view of Green Island will make your visit even more memorable. In the southeast of Taiwan is the city of Taitung, the capital of the province of the same name.
